Summary: The room was clean and functional. The staff refused to make up the second bed I'm the room though which was very strange. Even when I asked about it I was told to do it myself. Other than that it was fine.

Summary: In general it is a good place! But the only two issues: The morning I was leaving, the bathroom ran out of water. Fortunely it was my checkout day. The other one is regarding a gym that is next to the hotel. In the case of my bedroom (121), I could hear the gym music late at night and in the early morning.

Summary: The room was dirty and old. It didn’t look like it was cleaned. We asked for a babycot before reservation and when we dit the check in we asked again. They told us they would bring it to the room. Almost 45 minutes later there was no babycot and we went to reception. There they told us the babycot was broken.

Summary: Great location to walk into Bordeaux Centre. Very clean, friendly staff and good value. The only piece of advice is the parking, you pay on exit, i spent ages trying to work the machine at the top of the lift which didnt accept my cards.

Summary: Great stay, for the price it’s good, but problems with the room amenities, the room opens with the code, which takes around 5-10 min to get it correct (or am i just dumb?), and toilet is weirdly positioned, not convenient

Summary: The hotel in a good location and close to the tram which takes you into the heart of Bordeaux. You can collect the tram from the airport and it stops about 150 metres from the hotel. The tram is a bonus and costs on 1 euro 80cents for the Journey. The rooms are in good condition and clean. Although fairly tight for 3 people but easy and roomy for 2 persons. Shower big enough however toilet is pretty tight. Its a budget hotel and you get what you are paying for and I would stay there again.

Summary: This hotel was great. The staff were nice and friendly. I had an issue with the toilet and the staff immediately came and fixed it for me. The room was small. Toilet, shower and sink were three different area. The parking was a bit confusing. It shared the same spot as the regular parking lot. The hotel was in a great location, 20 minutes walk to city center.
